Dr. Greenwood oversees the communication effectiveness of the documents, reports, research papers and internal and external educational materials for the institute. In addition to being an academic linguist with a specialization in the communication styles of different social groups, she is a published writer who has worked in the health care field for decades. She holds Master’s degrees in English and Linguistics and a PhD in Linguistics.
