Jacqueline Kostic, RN, MS, CNAA
Director of Program Evaluation
Ms. Kostic provides consultation, evidence-based education, coaching, and assistance to health care and non-health care organizations in the assessment, development and implementation of quality management/performance improvement delivery systems. She has more than thirty years of varied experience in nursing from staff nurse to Chief Nursing Officer and is a past president of the Greater New York Organization of Nurse Executives. Under her leadership, her organization was designated the first Manhattan hospital to receive the highly coveted Magnet award for nursing excellence. She has been invited to share her expertise locally, nationally and internationally on issues of patient safety, quality and transfer of best practices in nursing administration and clinical processes. She has led numerous quality and patient safety programs, teams and committees throughout her career as a clinician, educator and administrator. She holds a Master’s degree in Nursing and is certified in Advanced Nursing Administration.
