Marcella De Geronimo is in charge of the Data Management / Decision Support System Team and supervises the team of research analysts. She assists clients in developing databases, web-based tools and data analysis using the latest tools and technology. Her ability to create customized report cards and to build business intelligence solutions allows clients to easily monitor processes and make business decisions based on outcomes. Her responsibilities include supervising the collection of data from different sources (inpatient, outpatient, ED, ICU, infection, etc.) for storage in a data warehouse. She has specialized training in Oracle and uses the latest technology (Crystal Reports, Java, SAS, and SPSS) to facilitate reports and statistical analysis. Ms. De Geronimo has developed educational curricula for healthcare professionals in data analysis and practical applications. She holds a Master’s in Computer Science.
