Senior Research Statistics Analyst
Dr. Thomas provides statistical and analytic support for health care research and quality initiatives and is responsible for all aspects of data analysis, report generation and presentation. She facilitates resident research and assists with educational programs specifically focused on statistics and QM research methodology. Dr. Thomas also aids in the creation and presentation of findings at professional conferences. She has a Master’s of Arts in Psychology (concentration in Industrial Organizational Psychology) and a PhD in Applied Organizational Psychology.
